F4 windshield size

I'm 5'9" and my Slingshot doesn't have a top. I'm stuck choosing between the F4 +5 and +7 windshields so I am kinda wondering, does the +7 look odd without a top?

I've seen a few Slingshots running the F4 +7 without a top, and it doesn't look out of place. It just gives more wind protection. Some say it helps reduce buffeting at higher speeds, but if you prefer a lower profile, the +5 might be the better choice. Have you checked out any photos of Slingshots with the +7 installed? That might help with the decision.

In my honest humble opinion, bottom line: +7 wins for comfort, +5 for aesthetics, to keep it short

That's a good way to put it, I'm all about comfort, so +7 sounds like the winner, even if it's not the sleekest look out there

A little extra protection makes a world of difference on longer trips. Most of your riding is on the freeway or more on back roads?

Great convo here! Honestly, I'd also go for +7 if comfort is what you're after. That wind protection really makes a bigger difference than an extra bit of height when you're out cruising. How tall are the other riders you've noticed using the +7? Did it fit them well without a top?
