Still waiting on my rear fender from Slingshot-Accessories.com

I ordered a rear fender on January 12th. They promised shipping weeks ago but no tracking or replies to my emails, texts, or calls. I'm thinking about disputing the charge, what do I do?

If they've been ignoring you for a while, I'd suggest disputing the charge. If you used a credit card reach out to your bank and file a claim,they usually have your back in situations like this.You could also send one last message to let them know youre disputing it, just to see if that gets them to respond

Thanks for the advice, I'll try one last message warning them about the dispute, then contact my bank to file a claim if they keep ignoring me

Yeah, it's been way too long, I'm looking to disputing the charge if they don't come through soon

Great decision to escalate things. Banks typically offer strong buyer protection, especially when previous attempts to reach out have been ignored. I hope it's all sorted out now
